Hei-Long - "black dragon"
Whoo! 'Tis my main bad guy from my Kung Fu Panda story! I wanted to create a slightly different character for the role, yet felt it essential to keep him a feline. So I wound up making him a tiger/leopard hybrid. He's still technically in the process of design and this might not be his final color palette. Please let me know what you think!
