OK, I just HAD to do this. 
My reaction to the news of Kung Fu Panda 2's supposed villain, Lord Shen the peacock.
Now I know a lot of you have heard my theory here - I'm guessing Shen's going to be one of those mob boss sort of villains. He'd have henchman and such to do his evil deeds and dirty work, yet he's the stylish, intimidating presence that plots and schemes and manipulates behind the scenes.
